Terms & Conditions

This website and its products are strictly for adults aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping within the United Kingdom is free. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is accepted.

Payments are taken securely through Stripe's hosted checkout. We do not store or process your card details. Your order is charged at the price shown at checkout.

An order is accepted once payment has been confirmed and we have sent an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy. Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing support@auvion.co.uk.

Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging where applicable, at the customer's cost. For health and hygiene reasons, used or unsealed items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All content on this website — including imagery, video, copy, branding and design — is owned by Auvion and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to it or to any data held on it.

Products must be used as intended and in accordance with the supplied instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auvion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
