Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order.

Requesting a refund

Refund requests should be emailed to support@auvion.co.uk.

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Reason for the refund request

If your request is approved

  • The customer is responsible for return postage.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection.

Hygiene

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund items that have been used or unsealed, except where the product is faulty or not as described.
